How it works
From market signal to your next winning ad.
The six steps an agency runs for every brand, every week: from setting up the brand to the report you hand the client. Plus where the numbers come from and the answers to every question we get.
The six steps
01
Set up each brand
Add the brands you run: category, audience, voice, products, offers, competitors and the claims to avoid. Put each brand's Instagram and YouTube accounts under it, and connect Instagram through Meta's official login for private insights.
In the app: Brands · Roster02
Discover opportunities
Opportunity Radar shows what's rising in the brand's category, what customers ask, compare and complain about, and the sales and seasonal moments coming up, each with why it matters to this brand and the evidence behind it.

Study competitors
Track competitors' posts, each scored against that brand's usual, and decode the ones that worked. Save the paid ads you spot in Meta's Ad Library. Patterns & gaps sums up their recurring hooks, offers and messages, and what nobody is saying yet.

Develop ad concepts
Pressure-test a concept in Idea Lab, then write it as a problem-solution, demo, testimonial, unboxing, before-after or offer-led script in the brand's voice, with A/B opening variants and a suggested audience, offer and call to action.
In the app: Idea Lab · Scripts05
Brief and test
Create brief turns the script into one link a creator opens on any phone: due date, deliverables, references, do's and don'ts. When it goes live, paste the link and tracking starts: reach, views, watch time, saves, shares, follows and profile visits, read again every day.
In the app: Drafts · Create brief · Track it06
Learn from results
Results shows, per brand, what beat the account's usual, by format and by account, for 7, 30 or 90 days. Print it as the month's report for the client, and take the winners into the next round.

Brief out, numbers back
Creators don't need another app.
They get a link with everything they need, film, and send the reel back the way they already do: Instagram, WhatsApp or email. You paste the posted link and the tracking starts on its own.

Where the numbers come from
Official, live, and linked to its source.
Performance numbers come from Meta's official API for the accounts you connect. Trends and idea checks watch search, news, reference and social around the clock, and always link back to where they came from.
Official and public sources
Meta's Graph API for the accounts you connect, plus YouTube's Data API, search trends, news and Wikipedia. Nothing scraped, nothing behind a login.
Evidence you can check
Every trend and verdict links to the articles and posts behind it, so you can judge the call yourself.
Per country, per language
Pick the audience country, or Everywhere. Trends, niche benchmarks and Idea Lab follow it.
Your accounts stay yours
Insights are read only for the accounts you connect, and only your workspace sees them.

Does it work with Meta Ads Manager and ROAS?
Through exports, yes; a direct sync is coming. Upload an Ads Manager export (by ad, by day) and CreatrSpace shows spend, CTR, CPA and ROAS by ad and by concept, flags ads whose CTR is sliding, and suggests what to test next. Organic reels are measured directly: reach, views, watch time, saves, shares, follows and profile visits.
What does “× usual” mean?
Every posted reel is compared with that account's own typical post, so a 3.4× is a real outlier for that account, not just a big account. Brand-new accounts are compared with the niche's typical post until they have 5 posts of their own.
Where do the numbers come from?
Connect the Instagram accounts you manage through Meta's official login and every posted reel gets its private insights, read again every day. For accounts you haven't connected, we read the public numbers on the post, or you type them in.
How many accounts and creators can we run?
The Agency plan covers up to 30 accounts in one workspace, with 1,000 AI messages a month for scripts, reel decodes and idea checks across the team.
Can we test it before putting client accounts on it?
Yes, and we recommend it. Run a 30-day pilot on fresh accounts: new accounts are benchmarked against their niche from day one, so you see the loop working before you commit numbers to a client.
Do creators need an account?
No. Briefs go out as a link they can open on their phone. They film, send the reel back however they already do (Instagram, WhatsApp or email) and you paste the posted link to start tracking.
How does Idea Lab use AI?
Idea Lab reports are written by expert AI tools, but only from the data we've collected: the matching posts, how they performed against each creator's usual, and the trends and news around your topic. If our data doesn't cover something, the report says so instead of guessing.
Does it work with Instagram and YouTube?
Yes. Trends, content plans and Idea Lab cover both. Channel feedback works with YouTube today. You can save Instagram and YouTube posts to Saved reels from any device.
Where does it work?
Anywhere. Trends, news and creator data are collected per country and language, so pick your audience's country in the intake (or Everywhere) and the feed, the niche reports and Idea Lab follow it.
Start with a 30-day pilot.
