Shipping and Exchange Policy

Nothing is shipped

CreatrSpace is an online service. We don't sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier timelines.

How you receive what you buy

• Your plan is delivered to your CreatrSpace account at creatrspace.com.
• Access starts immediately once Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few seconds. The Plans page shows your plan and the date it's active until.
• If your plan isn't active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email hello@creatrspace.com with the payment id and we'll activate it or refund you in full.

Exchanges

When a higher plan is on sale, you can move up to it at any time on the Plans page; it replaces your current plan straight away. Because the product is digital, there are no returns or exchanges of goods. For refunds, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
