Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and CreatrSpace ("we", "us") for using creatrspace.com and the CreatrSpace app. By creating an account, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

The free plan and Premium

• CreatrSpace is free to start, with limits on extra niche spaces and monthly AI checks. Premium lifts them for a fixed period at the price shown at checkout; nothing renews or is charged automatically.
• Features may change, break or be removed while we build. We may limit usage, for example how many Idea Lab messages you get each month.
• Invite codes are personal and single-use. Don't sell them.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give us accurate details.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

What CreatrSpace gives you, and what it doesn't

CreatrSpace suggests niches, trends, content plans and AI-written idea reports, built from public data and automated analysis. They are suggestions, not promises: we don't guarantee views, followers, earnings, brand deals or that any idea will work. AI output can be wrong, so check facts before you publish. You decide what to post and you're responsible for it, including following each platform's rules and the law (for example disclosing paid partnerships).

Your content

Ideas, answers and notes you enter stay yours. You let us store and process them to run CreatrSpace for you, and to improve it using anonymised, aggregated patterns. We don't publish your ideas or show them to other users.

Fair use

Don't:

• scrape, copy or resell CreatrSpace data or reports;
• try to break, overload or get around our limits and security;
• use CreatrSpace to create illegal, hateful, harassing or misleading content;
• impersonate someone or use another person's account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Third-party content and links

Trends and examples link to public posts, videos and articles owned by others. They're shown for research and remain their owners'. Don't reuse them without permission.

Liability

CreatrSpace is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses (such as lost income or followers), and our total liability to you is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if a change matters we'll tell you before it applies. You can stop using CreatrSpace at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions or complaints: hello@creatrspace.com. Our grievance officer will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
